the new/old west seventh

Subject: We're a Feature Article in THE LINE!

THE LINE, a new online magazine: West End Arts is the subject of a feature article in this "launch" issue. Looks like a quality publication and we're thrilled to be part of it. Take a look and see what you think.

The Line tells the story of the new economy in The Twin Cities -- a narrative of creative people and businesses, new development, cool places to live, and the best places to work and play.

Each Wednesday, the online magazine presents original stories, video and photography to tell that story. Get The Line free in your e-mailbox each week. Sign up here.

We want to hear your thoughts and ideas for The Line. Please share them here.

Managing Editor Jon Spayde was an editor for Northwest Airlines Portfolio, Departures, and Travel and Leisure in New York. In 2008 he published How to Believe, a collection of profiles of religious believers, with Random House. His articles have appeared in publications ranging from ID and Art in America to City Pages and Experience Life. He lives in Saint Paul with his wife, business coach Laurie Phillips, and cat, Kerfuffle.

Posters With a Lot of Information Are an Eyefull

Here's the poster with room to specifically include sponsors when we get commitments. It'll be an 11 x 17 Kinkos production. I made it three color because we can get matching T-shirts.

Cheers,
The Whip

Getting the show rolling . . .

Here's a possible poster for the up coming show. I wanted to make it eye-catching and easy to read from a distance. I felt that we need to convey more details with a follow up to a response via email or telephone or mailing/dropping off/picking up applications. Cheers - Jason

West End Arts logo: A thing of beauty!

Thank you, Jason, for this beautiful logo! I love it!

So easy to scale based on size of media!
So easy to stencil! I'm ready to spray paint my t-shirt, thank you.
